Room space felt way too cramped, which forced us to juggle our luggage frequently. The shower struggled with drainage issues, leaving hair from previous guests and making it unpleasant. Additionally, the motion-activated ceiling lights were more of a nuisance, turning on and off erratically with minimal movement.

Great stay with a super convenient location. Just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and communication was smooth. The laundry facilities were handy, albeit time-consuming, as the dryer did not work effectively. Also, the room included a small kitchen, which enhanced our comfort.

Room cleaning every three days feels insufficient!!! The motion-activated lights were a nuisance, turning on unexpectedly during night movement!!! The iPad-only contact for help is quite impersonal—better communication needed!!!

While the room's design was practical, cleanliness could be improved, as we encountered some lingering odors. Additionally, the noisy heater disrupted our sleep despite the comfortable beds.

The staff members, particularly Kazuki, were friendly and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. We loved how close we were to Kasai Station, making our daily explorations easy and enjoyable.

stayed at minn kasai for 4 nights and loved how close it was to the subway station, making travel super easy. our economy triple room was clean and had everything we needed. the staff was really helpful, especially when they kindly stored our luggage before check-in.
